Some installers
in the market have created bad press for the whole solar
industry. There have been examples of high pressure selling
techniques with salesmen pushing customers to sign a contract
during a survey visit, promising ‘special deals’ that last for
only for only a short period of time, and exaggerating savings
and payback.
This is not the way Solargen Energy works.
After surveying your property we will provide a
computer-generated forecast that takes into consideration the
varying aspects of your property i.e. pitch/roof
orientation/shading. All of which could affect the projected
forecast of kwH your array would produce. We offer a tailored
choice of equipment to suit your budget and we provide all the
advice and time you need to make the right decision.
We do not employ commission-based salesmen
and we will never offer a deal during a survey visit. Solargen
Energy is a member of the Renewable Energy Association Assurance
scheme and we are fully committed to meeting or exceeding all
its consumer guidelines. |
