Our works on social housing energy efficiency schemes cover a variety of different models. We have experience in LADS, ECO, and other grant funded schemes, and hold the associated accreditations and certifications to comply with the requirements for funding. We collaborate with retrofit co-ordinators to ensure that properties are handed over to meet client deadlines. We are able to adapt our services to client specifications, and can include elements such as design, resident engagement, scaffolding and surveying; or go for a supply and fit only model.
